Last updated: October 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the CAL Retest staff portal ("the Portal"), operated by CAL Retest. By signing in you accept these Terms in full.
The Portal is provided solely for authorized personnel of CAL Retest in the course of their official duties. Access by any other person, or use for any purpose other than official duties, is prohibited.
Sign-in is performed through eFaas, the national digital identity service. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your identity. Do not share your credentials, and sign out when you have finished using the Portal.
You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any data or system, interfere with the operation of the Portal, or use it to process information outside your assigned role. All actions in the Portal are logged for audit and security purposes.
Information accessed through the Portal — including personal data of citizens and applicants — is confidential. You must handle it in line with your organisation's data-protection obligations and disclose it only where lawfully required.
The Portal is provided on an "as available" basis. CAL Retest may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons without prior notice.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

This Privacy Policy explains how CAL Retest handles personal data processed through the CAL Retest staff portal ("the Portal").
When you sign in we process your eFaas identity details (such as name and national identity number), your role and organisation, and technical information such as your IP address, device, and browser. We also record the actions you perform in the Portal.
Personal data is used to authenticate you, authorise your access, deliver Portal functionality, maintain security, and keep an audit trail of official activity.
Processing is carried out to perform the public duties of CAL Retest and to meet its legal and governance obligations.
Data is accessible only to authorized personnel within CAL Retest on a need-to-know basis. It is not sold or shared with third parties except where required by law or by a formal data-sharing arrangement.
Personal data and audit records are retained for as long as necessary for the purposes above and to comply with applicable record-keeping requirements, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.
Access is restricted, encrypted in transit, and monitored. Activity is logged to detect and investigate unauthorized use.
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, subject to applicable law. For any privacy request, contact your organisation's administrator or data-protection contact.
